Here we have a lovely y2k pleated skirt from escandelle, made from a blend of 97% cotton 3% spandex. Features include belt loops all around the waist, drawstrings on the back to adjust the fit and pleats throughout the skirt.

Our size: This would best fit up to a size  according to our attached sizing charts.
